Generic system jobs, or system jobs with a trigger, are created via job templates. They can be selectable, but they should not be when used in a cloud workflow.

To create a generic system job

1. Create a job template, setting the GENERICSYSJOB attribute to TRUE to mark it a generic system job in Moab.
2. Attach a trigger that meets the requirements detailed in Generic System Job Trigger Requirements.
