5.2.1 Turning Policies On and Off

The Policy Management page displays an On or Off icon to the left of each policy to indicate whether it is active. To change the status of a policy, use the following instructions.

To turn a policy on or off

  1. Open the Policy Management page in Viewpoint.
  2. Click the policy you wish to turn on or off.

  3. A policy page opens. On the top right corner of this page, a button displays the policy's current status as either On or Off.

  4. Click the button. The image switches to indicate the change.

  5. Save the policy.
