Releasing a hold from a job

Context

From the Job Management page, Viewpoint allows you to place a remove the hold from a job. See also Placing a hold on a job.

To release a hold from a job

  1. Go to the Job Management page (Services > Job Management). For more information, see Fields: Job Management.
  2. Select the job(s) you want to remove the hold from. (Click once to select; click again to deselect.)
  3. Choose Release.

    4. When you choose Release, a confirmation message appears.

  5. Select Release, and the holds are removed from the job(s). To cancel, select Don't release.

    6. A message appears and tells you that the holds were successfully removed from the jobs.
