Configuring the Node Allocation policy

Context

On the Viewpoint Policy Management page, you can modify the settings of the Node Allocation policy. This policy specifies how node usage is prioritized.

To configure the Node Allocation policy

  1. Go to the Policy Management page (Administration > Policy Management).
  2. Select the Node Allocation policy from the list of policies. For more information, Fields: Policy Management.

    3. You cannot make changes to an inactive policy. You must first turn on the policy in order to save modifications to it.

  3. Complete the fields as necessary to configure or modify the policy. For details, see Fields: Node Allocation.
  4. Choose Save to save the policy settings.
