Tenant management in Viewpoint is basically a way for administrators to specify LDAP users, groups, or OUs and assign them a user role (or roles). Any LDAP entity (user, group, or OU) with an assigned role (or roles) is called a principal. Viewpoint is shipped with one tenant named "Organization." From the Tenant Management page, administrators can add custom principals to the Organization tenant.
You can access the Organization tenant on the Tenant Management page (Administration > Tenant Management).
