About policy management
The Policy Management page lets you review the Viewpoint policies and quickly determine which are active. From the Policy Management page, you can select a specific policy to view its configurations and settings. You can turn policies on/off, modify configurations, and set policy priorities.
On the Policy Management page, the On and Off buttons to the left of the policy names indicate whether the policy is active. To view or modify a policy, click the policy name.
You cannot make changes to an inactive policy. You must first turn on the policy in order to save modifications to it.
You can manage policies on the Policy Management page (Administration > Policy Management).
