The Reporting page contains a list of all your system reports. On this page, you can do the following:
Search filter drop-down
Lets you narrow your search to a specific field (Name, Category, or Description).
Search bar
Lets you specify a term to search in the reports (for example, a term that would appear in a report name or description). For more information, see Searching and sorting reports.
You should not use the ampersand (&) character in your search.
Sort
Lets you specify a field to sort by in the list of reports. After selecting the field you want to sort by, click ascending to sort in ascending alphabetical order or descending to sort in descending alphabetical order.
Page
() Lets you move through pages of reports.
List of reports
Displays a summary of all your system reports. For a list of possible reports, see Report types. The following fields are displayed in this list:
Field | Description |

Name | Name of the report |
Category | Category of the report |
Description | Text description of the report |
You can select a report from the list to run and view. Click once to select; click again to deselect.
If you double click a report, it will open to the HTML view by default.
View HTML
Lets you run the selected report and view it in HTML format.
Export to PDF
Lets you run the selected report and view it in Portable Document Format (PDF).
Export to Excel
Lets you run the selected report and view it as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
Refresh
Lets you refresh the list.
