Searching and sorting reports

To search for reports

  1. Go to the Reporting page (Administration > Reporting). For details, see Fields: Reporting.
  2. Enter your search terms in the text box.
  3. You should not use the ampersand (&) character in your search.

  4. Use the drop-down to narrow your search to a specific field (Name or Category).
  5. Select the Search icon or press Enter to do the search.
  6. The list updates to show only the reports that match your search criteria.

To sort reports in the list

  1. Go to the Reporting page (Administration > Reporting). For details, see Fields: Reporting.
  2. (Optional) Search for reports (see To search for reports).
  3. In the Sort drop-down, select the field you want to sort by (Name or Category).
  4. Select the order you want to sort in (Ascending or Descending).
  5. The list updates to display the reports based on your sorting criteria.
