Using the cart

To use the cart

  1. Add the services to your cart that you wish to submit (see Requesting a service from a template).
  2. Once you have added all the services you want to submit, click the Cart icon ().
  3. The Cart Details page opens and displays the items in your cart. For more information, see Fields: Cart Details.

  4. In the Quantity box, specify the number of services (if more than 1) that you want to submit. For more information, see Fields: Cart Details.
  5. In the Select account drop-down, select the account that will be charged for this request.
  6. This feature is only available if your administrator has enabled quoting.

  7. Review the items in your cart, and do one of the following:
    • If there are services you want to delete from the cart, choose Remove.
    • If you want to empty your cart entirely, select Clear cart.
    • If you want to go back to add more items to your cart, select Add more items.
    • If you are pleased with your order and want to proceed with the submission, select Submit cart.
  8. The Result field displays whether or not the service submission was successful.
