Requesting a service from a template

To request a service from a template

  1. Go to the Service Management page (Services > Service Management) and select New (for more information, see Fields: Service Management).

  2. The Create Service from Service Template page opens.

  3. Select the template you want to use from the list of possible container templates, and choose Request service. For more information, see Fields: Create Service from Service Template.
  4. The New Service page appears and displays the fields for the service template form. For more information, see Fields: New Service.
  5. Complete the fields of the form as needed. If you have questions about any part of the form, please contact your administrator.
  6. Once you have configured your service as needed, choose Add to cart to add it to the cart, or Clear all to clear the form entirely.

After you have added your service to the cart, you can go to the Cart Details page to review your order and submit your request. For more information, see Using the cart.
