Moving Between Help Topics
You can navigate through the help from one topic to another in many ways:
- Use the Next topic and Previous topic buttons in the toolbar. See Move to the Next or Previous Topic in Sequence for more information.
- Click cross-reference links you see. See Display Linked Topics for more information.
- Use the breadcrumbs feature to navigate up and down topic depths. See Online Help Features for more information.
- Use the Contents pane to help you find and navigate between topics. See Using the Contents Pane for more information.
- Search for terms and then go to a topic from the search results. See Searching the Documentation for more information.
Move to the Next or Previous Topic in Sequence
Do the following:
- To display the next topic in the help file, click the Next Topic button
in the toolbar. - To display the previous topic in the help file, click the Previous Topic button
in the toolbar.
Do the following:
- Click a link to another topic. For example:
- Use your browser's Back button to return to the topic you were viewing before you followed a link.
If you used the Back button, and if you are still on the topic, you can use the Forward button to return back to the topic you linked to previously.
