The New Service page lets you request a new custom virtual machine service, custom physical machine service, or a service from a template.
Service from template
Lets you create a new service from a service template. When you select this option, Viewpoint takes you to the Service Template page (see Fields: Service Templates). For more information, see Requesting a service from a template.
Custom virtual machine
Lets you create a new custom VM service. When you select this option, Viewpoint takes you to the Create Custom Virtual Machine page (see Fields: Create Custom Virtual Machine). For more information, see Requesting a custom virtual machine service.
Custom physical machine
Lets you create a new custom physical machine service. When you select this option, Viewpoint takes you to the Create Custom Physical Machine page (see Fields: Create Custom Physical Machine). For more information, see Requesting a custom physical machine service.
